An Australian firm built to close the gap between AI ambition and AI reality.
Bosley AI is an Australian AI consulting and implementation firm founded in 2024 by Andrew Hill, former Global HR Transformation Leader at Deloitte, where he advised 50+ Fortune 500 companies on workforce transformation. Headquartered in Melbourne with operations in Sydney, Bosley AI delivers AI strategy, AI agent deployment, payroll compliance, and talent intelligence services.
The firm operates three divisions: Bosley AI (enterprise AI consulting and agent development), Bosley Compliance (payroll audit and remediation), and Bosley Solutions (Eightfold.ai workforce intelligence implementation — Eightfold's inaugural Australian implementation partner).
Bosley AI has completed 50+ enterprise engagements across financial services, healthcare, not-for-profit, government, and retail sectors, with an average 8-week time to production. The team builds with Anthropic Claude, Eightfold.ai, and proprietary AI agent architectures including Scout (sales development), Pearl (stakeholder intelligence), Charlie (digital assistant), Juno (pay compliance), and Atlas (strategic digital twin).
Our Story
Our leaders saw the same patterns repeat across 25 years of enterprise transformation work across 50+ Australian headquartered companies: ambitious AI strategies that never left the boardroom, technology implementations that ignored the humans who'd use them, and consulting engagements that produced documents, not outcomes.
Bosley AI was created to bridge that gap - combining deep enterprise experience with genuine technical capability. Our three business lines reflect what Australian organisations need: strategic AI consulting (Bosley AI), payroll compliance assurance (Bosley Compliance), and skills-based talent intelligence (Bosley Solutions with Eightfold.ai).
Mission
We turn AI intent into real operational impact. Not through strategy documents that gather dust, but through AI solutions that go into production and stay there - delivering measurable outcomes for the organisations and people they serve.
“The opportunity in AI is enormous - but you must find the right balance between people, process, and technology. We help organisations design all three for solutions that scale and sustain, beyond launch.”
Andrew Hill, CEO
AI doesn't transform businesses. People do.
And people only adopt what makes sense in the context of their actual work.
Our Philosophy in Brief
Bosley AI believes AI doesn't transform businesses - people do. We combine domain expertise from decades inside the organisations we serve with AI-native methods to redesign how work gets done, not just layer technology on top of broken processes. We design operating models where AI and humans work together, prove the economics before committing to transition, and measure success by production outcomes - not workshops delivered.
The Problem with Most AI Consulting
Too many firms treat AI as a technology problem - impressive pilots that never scale, solutions built for problems that don't exist, change programmes that collapse. The result? Organisations stuck between strategy-only firms that can't build and implementation-only firms that automate the existing mess.
Our Conviction
Domain expertise is the starting point for everything we do. The next phase of organisational change comes from designing AI-native systems - a fundamental redesign of how decisions get made and where humans add irreplaceable value.
Digital transformation tried to improve the organisation you had. AI-native design builds the organisation you actually need.
What Domain Expertise Means to Us
Our team spent decades inside the organisations we now serve - leading transformation at Deloitte, designing operating models at Accenture, running workforce strategy at NAB. When we design an AI agent, we understand the edge cases because we've lived them.
The Bosley AI Approach
Strategic rigour of global consulting, accelerated by AI-native methods. We design the AI-first operating model and build it alongside your existing business, proving economics before you commit to transition. No learning curve at your expense. No generic playbooks.
What We Stand For
Strategy that survives implementation
The difference between our strategies and others? We've had to execute them.
Honesty over comfort
We'll tell you when an AI initiative won't work, when you're not ready, or when you should be going faster than you are.
Outcomes over activity
We're not here to run workshops, produce slide decks, or create transformation for transformation sake. No AI hammers looking for nails.
Australian context, Australian accountability
We understand the regulatory landscape, the governance expectations, and the practical realities of operating in this market.
We'll meet you where you are - but we won't let you do something that won't scale or will backfire.

Andrew Hill
Chief Executive Officer
Former Global HR Transformation Leader at Deloitte. 25 years helping organisations change how work gets done - 50+ large global organisations along the way.
I started Bosley AI because I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant AI capabilities deployed by organisations that weren't structured to use them. We're building the firm that bridges that gap.

Chief Delivery Officer
I've run enough transformation programmes to know that most fail in execution, not design. At Bosley AI, I own delivery outcomes.
I don't measure success by workshops delivered or documents produced - I measure it by whether your AI capability is working in production and delivering the ROI we said it would.
LinkedIn →Vincent Rizzo
Chief Value Officer
I've been the consultant writing the strategy, the CFO evaluating AI pitches, and the co-founder shipping and marketing the product. Most people in this space have done one of those things. That's exactly why many AI investments fall apart — nobody owns the full picture. At Bosley AI I do.
I lead our AI strategy work with clients, shape what we productise and how we go to market, and make sure both hold up under commercial scrutiny.

Head of Data and AI Engineering
I've been designing fit-for-purpose technology for organisations that need Artificial Intelligence (AI), data and technology solutions to actually move the needle — not just look good on a roadmap. I've been the strategist, architect and engineer building the technology solutions for commercial success.
Most people in this space sit in one of those seats. I've sat in all. That's the difference between an AI pilot and an AI program that drives sustainable growth.
